Program description

Reliance Care Solutions sends transactional and conversational text messages to people who have provided their mobile number and opted in through one of our forms or in conversation with a coordinator. Messages support care coordination, appointment scheduling, and intake follow-up.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our intake forms (including the care assessment and contact form), by replying with consent to a coordinator who confirms the program, or by texting START to a number we have provided to you. Consent is never a condition of receiving care or services from Reliance Care Solutions.

Message types

  • Care coordination and scheduling updates from your assigned coordinator.
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations.
  • Intake follow-up while we set up services.
  • Occasional service updates relevant to the care you have requested.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages to people who have opted in only for care coordination.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your situation and where you are in the intake or care process. Most people receive a handful of messages per week. Active intake periods may include more.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reliance Care Solutions does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or call us at 419-704-0316.

Supported carriers

Messages are sent through major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services (for example, our messaging delivery and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and Twilio) is permitted, and those parties are bound by written agreements to keep your data confidential and to use it only to deliver the messages you have asked for.
