No. We hire caregivers without DSP certification and pay you to complete training. If you already have STNA, HHA, or DSP credentials, we factor that into your starting pay.
It depends on the client. Some shifts are in the client's home helping with personal care, meals, and community outings. Others are at our adult day program in Maumee. Most shifts are 4 or more hours.
Most DSP shifts are with adults on the IO, SELF, or Level One DODD waiver. We also support kids and teens. You tell us your preference on the application and we match.
