Perrysburg sits in Wood County, but most of our Perrysburg families call our Toledo office, and that is exactly how we like it. Care teams cover Historic Downtown, Three Meadows, Eckel Junction, Levis Commons, and the new builds out by Fort Meigs Road. We work directly with Mercy Health Perrysburg and Wood County PASSPORT, and we have a backup pool of caregivers who live south of the river so weather and bridge traffic never cancel a shift.

Bowling Green is a college town with a real senior population that often gets overlooked. We support PASSPORT and MyCare clients near the BGSU campus, in the older neighborhoods along Wooster Street, and out in the rural pockets toward Portage and Cygnet. Wood County Hospital is our primary discharge partner, and we coordinate with the Wood County Committee on Aging on shared cases.

Rossford is small, tight-knit, and almost always a 25-minute drive from a Reliance caregiver. We support families along the Maumee River corridor, near Eagle Point, and in the newer developments off Glenwood Road. Many Rossford clients are retired Libbey, Owens-Illinois, or auto-industry families, and we know how to coordinate private pay with PASSPORT when both apply.
